Our Process

Step One
The first step in this exciting journey is to visit our website and complete the contact form with your event details and contact information. We’d love to hear all about your celebration or special occasion.

Step Two
Your inquiry lands in our inbox, and with great excitement, we check our booth’s availability to ensure it aligns with your selected date. We’ll then respond promptly to confirm availability and send over a quote for you to approve!

Step Three
Once you approve the quote, an invoice will be sent directly to you. To lock in your event date, a deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, the date is officially yours, and a service agreement will be sent to finalize the booking.

Step Four
As your event date approaches, we’ll reach out to begin the design process. We’ll start by sending you a brief questionnaire to better understand your preferences. Then, we’ll share all our template options so you can select a layout that beautifully complements your event. Once confirmed, we’ll collaborate with you to create a photo template and tap-to-start screen concept you’ll truly love.

Step Five
Once you approve your favorite template and tap-to-start screen design, we upload it into our system along with your event details. We also create your own custom live gallery which stays online forever.

Step Six
Just like that… it’s event time! One of our team members will be there to set up, operate, and pack down the booth, bringing plenty of energy and encouragement to ensure everyone enjoys an unforgettable experience filled with fun!
